Tainan City, Taiwan
Koxinga Ancestral Shrine is a family shrine built-in Tainan City, Taiwan in 1663 by Zheng Jing, to worship his father Koxinga.

Koxinga Shrine is the only Fujianese style shrine in Taiwan.

Fort Provintia (Chihkan Tower)
Fort Provintia was a Dutch outpost on Formosa at a site now located in the West Central District of Tainan in Taiwan. It was built in 1653 during the Dutch colonization of Taiwan.

 Confucius Temple (300 years old)
The Tainan Confucius Temple was built in 1665. It was dedicated to the great philosopher Confucius.

It was the location of the highest official institute of higher learning.  Here students come to pray for their studies and get good grades.

Enjoyed the day visiting shrines, temples, and towers.
